Location: San Isidro-Perez Zeledon, Costa Rica
The farm consists of 227.21 hectares of land just 15 minutes by car from the Inter-American Highway, at the crossing of the Rio La Unión bridge. Public transport passes in front of the gate of the farm.
It has two entrances: the main one through the town of San Pedro and a secondary one through the town of Cajón.
It has electricity, telephone, and internet service from ICE.
The entire farm is equipped with gravel roads, which allow the easy movement of cars, trucks, and agricultural machinery.
The topography of the farm is very manageable, with a low percentage of the broken areas.
Water on the farm
The farm has a large number of sources of such a precious element of
which can be used for different uses.
San Pedro River (runs through the farm)

- Thatch of water that is generated in the San Pedro River.

All these bodies of water make it possible to establish different irrigation circuits at critical times in summer.

Electric generator, with its reservoir and supply pipe. It is currently running and generates enough electricity to supply the coffee processing process and eventually to process other products.
